Evans Njoro is a leader, entrepreneur, educator and mentor. For over 18 years, his work with youth-serving organizations, government agencies and the private sector has strengthened his purpose to develop youth in entrepreneurship, workforce-readiness, enterprise, financial literacy and leadership skills.
He has strong advisory and technical consulting experience in leadership and management; governance and board engagement; program design, development and management; monitoring, evaluation and reporting; fundraising and resource mobilization; donor stewardship and managing partnerships; branding, marketing and knowledge management; training, coaching and capacity building.
He serves as the Executive Director of Nancy Ellen Crooks Foundation. Previously, he has served as the Kenya Country Director for Digital Opportunity Trust; Regional Director, Eastern & Southern Africa for Junior Achievement Africa; Executive Director of Junior Achievement Kenya, and; Administrator for Enterprise Advisory Services at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Evans is the Founder & Chairman of The Village Africa/Futures Café, Director of Futures Infinite Consulting, Chairman of the Action Network for the Disabled, Chairman of Kito International, Founder Member of the Eastern Africa Social Entrepreneurs Network and Board Member for the Workforce Development Global Alliance Kenya.
He is a graduate of the Executive Development Program at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, is a certified accountant and has a Bachelors degree in Education.
